I hope each of these was helpful to you as you assess your running form, with the goal of increasing your running efficiency allowing you to run faster longer.
In analyzing my own running form, it was extremely helpful for me to see a gait analysis of another runner's gait so I went in search of some Gait Analysis videos and found these 3 that were very interesting.
They each take a slightly different view of gait analysis, but have very similar themes; cadence, foot strike, erect posture, arm movement, relaxed hands, etc. so I thought it would be helpful to share.
