In your box, you've received part I, the 4 week guide. Each week consists of 2 primary workouts, these are the meat of the training so you should try not to miss any of them. The couch icon represents a rest day. We’ve also included our popular CORE workouts because, to run fast, you need a strong core. Cross out each day as you complete it. Stick around for Part II next month where you can participate in the team competition!
