In 4 weeks, you are going to crush your 5K time! If you’ve never run a 5k, your debut is going to be spectacular!

In your box, you've received part II, the 4 week guide. Each week consists of 2 primary workouts, these are the meat of the training so you should try not to miss any of them. The couch icon represents a rest day. We’ve also included our popular CORE workouts because, to run fast, you need a strong core. Cross out each day as you complete it. 

This month we have a TEAM CHALLENGE! If you received a red shirt, you are on Team Fire (#FRBTeamFire). If you received a blue shirt, you are on Team Ice (#FRBTeamIce).
