WHAT IS FUNRUNBOX?

FunRunBox is a subscription box for runners that includes a monthly box full of running goodies and gear, monthly challenges and contests to keep you moving and motivated as well as access to our premium running group for support, advice, motivation and free training plans.

WHAT’S IN THE BOXES?

Each box will have up to 10 or more items, consisting of running accessories, fuel, nutrition, hydration and recovery products as well as personal care products for runners. In addition, each box contains a monthly themed running challenge and exclusive discounts.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

It’s simple, just tell us your shirt style and size, pick how you want to pay (you can prepay, and get up to $72 off annually) and we’ll do the rest.

CAN I GIVE THIS AS A GIFT?

Yes, this makes an awesome gift for the runner in your life and you can choose the length of the subscription you want to provide and whether you want it to renew at the end of the plan.

CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL BOXES?

SHIPPING

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship our boxes within the United States and to Canada as well as Europe.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our shipping cost for our subscription product is $2.95 domestically, and $30.00 internationally.

WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST BOX?

Since your initial box is customized to you, we typically ship out the initial box (our Training Kit) within 2-3 business days.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONTHLY BOXES?

Monthly boxes will be sent out on the 20th of the month prior; so, March’s box would be sent out on February 20th

HOW DO I TRACK MY FIRST BOX?

You will be notified when your label is printed and the box is on the way; this notification will include a tracking number for you. In addition, you can log into your account and the order will include the tracking number.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can log into your account and change your shipping address at any time; in addition, you can reach out to us at runner@funrunbox.com and we’re happy to change your shipping address.

SOME OF MY ITEMS WERE DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please reach out to us at runner@funrunbox.com and we will replace the damaged items free of charge.

BILLING

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?

You will be charged for your monthly box on the first day of the month prior, allowing us to get accurate volumes; for example, your March box will be billed on February 1st, and shipped on February 20th.

MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED, WHAT DO I DO?

You can log into your account from www.funrunbox.com and change your payment method. If you have any questions, email us at runner@funrunbox.com and we will assist.
